自相矛盾

This sentence below was I composed on the way home after playing badminton this morning. I will be very happy if you understand it and feel funny; else, I'm sorry.
I prefer short sentences in English, also in Chinese, which can express my point briefly and clearly and is acceptable even by those who are not good at English, although it is well known that English is famous for its very long sentence which is actually logical and totally splendid but always makes people, even experts, confused to understand the meaning easily.
这是我今早打球回来路上想到的一句自认为很有趣的话。如果您能看懂并且也觉得有趣的话，我会十分开心；否则，我很遗憾并抱歉。
尽管英语以其虽然长并使即便专家也难以快速理解但是却富有逻辑性且十分华丽的长句而广为人知，但我还是更加倾向于在英语以及汉语中使用能够清晰简明阐述我个人观点从而让那些即使英文或中文不好的人也容易接受的短句。
